CAMBRIDGE, Wis. (WMTV) - All lanes reopen on US-18 at Park Road after crews responded to a fire at a restaurant near Cambridge in Jefferson County.
According to Dane County Communications, a call came in for a structure fire at 8:39 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 9, at Giovanni’s at 9298 Highway 18.
Seven agencies responded to the scene. The Cambridge Fire Department said the fire was fully involved.
NBC15 reached out to the owner of Giovanni’s who said they are completely shocked by what happened, but are incredibly grateful that no one was hurt.
Authorities said the restaurant is a total loss after the fire.
No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire has not been determined at this time.
