LANCASTER - The following restaurant inspections with critical violations were conducted by the Fairfield County Department of Health between Nov. 19 to 23.
- Charleys Philly Steaks, 732 N Memorial Dr, Lancaster, Nov. 20. Written procedures and plans are not maintained and implemented (critical repeat). Food from unapproved sources, gallon bottles of ghost and habanero sauce (critical repeat). No written procedures for time as a public health control (repeat). Missing and/or incomplete allergen declaration(s), bulk sauces (critical repeat). Walls are not smooth and easily cleanable, front counter tile and drywall corners are not sealed and cleanable (repeat).
