Spray bottle of glass cleaner not properly labeled (corrected). Poly cutting board on small prep cooler at cookline and board used for cutting fruit noted in poor repair with heavy staining and cut marks. Shelving above three bay sink noted delaminating-surface not smooth and easily cleanable. Meat slicer blade guard not clean with dried food residue. Magnetic utensil holder above three bay sink not clean with food residue/film Lower shelving in corner below hot hold and hand wash sink, exterior of white bulk bin in basement holding breading/coating product, low vent area of three door salad cooler, and wire rack behind dish machine-all not clean with food residue. Floor areas throughout establishment-under racks, dish machine and three bay sink, under bar-all not clean. Ceiling areas above cookline and dish area noted with accumulated dust. Light tube shields above cookline and fan guards and front of refrigeration unit in large walk-in cooler not clean with accumulated soil/dust. Products checked for reference are as follows: Cold-raw fish 38 degrees, cooked shrimp 42 degrees, raw beef patties 44 degrees, sliced tomatoes 43 degrees. Ambient of large walk in cooler 39.8 degrees.
