Hunt to eat
On today's Sportsman Spotlight, Josh Mills wants you to metaphorically hunt to eat. I'd like to tell you a little bit about the company Hunt to Eat. It's a company that I've become a brand ambassador for and really, really enjoy because they have incorporated great outdoor clothing and gear as a conduit in which to donate money and to build community into conservation. Hunt to Eat is the connectivity of taking the animals that we are lucky enough to harvest or fish and we're able to take and turn them into food and sustenance and build community through the shared passion of outdoors and turning it into this community. Hunt to Eat is a brand based out of Denver, Colorado. They have employed independent artists throughout the country to develop designs that are state specific. In one sense, most states are represented as well as British Columbia with their own state specific logos, which incorporates a lot of the cool stuff that happened like state of Washington, for instance. We have one of the mountains over in Seattle and a nice deer on it. And the state of California has some halibut or maybe some steelhead, and they incorporate the logo of the state. Whether it's some states with Turkey or someplace with geese or ducks. And there's others that they've partnered with conservation organizations as well as great big names in the outdoor industry like Randy Newberg and Remi Warren to advance the ideals that these people are looking for, as well as developing this community that use the outdoors for so many different reasons.
