Here's the breakdown for recent inspections in Collier County:
Juanita's in Immokalee ordered shut
Inspectors closed Juanita's, 204 Boston Ave., Immokalee temporarily on March 6 after it received 13 violations and stop sale orders on some of its food. High-priority violations included sewage and wastewater backing up through floor drains and water pooling in the kitchen by the "main cookline and prep area." As a result, employees tracked wastewater through the restaurant. Additionally, the restaurant was ordered to stop selling cases of tomatoes that were on the floor and may have come into contact with the sewage backup. The restaurant was given a time extension on most of its basic and intermediate violations and was allowed to reopen again following its first inspection.

Additional restaurants with the most violations from recent weeks include Maguro, 895 Wiggins Pass Road #6, Naples with 27 violations; Stevie Tomato's Sports Page, 15215 Collier Blvd. Unit 301-304, Naples with 24 violations; Heritage Bay Golf & Country Club, 10154 Heritage Bay Blvd, Naples with 22 violations; Trattoria Abruzzo, 835 Vanderbilt Beach Road, Naples with 19 violations on its first inspection and 11 on its follow up inspection; Enzo's Italian Restaurant & Bar, 4351 W Bonita Beach Road, Bonita Springs with 18 violations on its initial inspection and five on its followup inspection; and the Club at Pelican Bay with 17 violations on its first inspection and five on its followup inspection.
Followup inspections are still pending for Maguro and Stevie Tomato's. Trattoria Abruzzo was inspected twice, and an administrative complaint was recommended for high-priority violations. A third inspection will be required. Enzo's was also inspected twice and met inspection standards on its second inspection. The Club at Pelican Bay was inspected twice, and a time extension was given on basic and intermediate violations. A third inspection will be required.
